We walk here at least once a week for dessert and a drink. We often sit outside with our dogs and enjoy the music and ice cream.... They are always nice and our order is always correct. They love seeing the dogs and always offer to give them a cup of cool water. Today we were celebrating our youngest dogs 1st birthday and one of the workers brought each of our dogs a tiny swirl of ice cream in a cup to help celebrate! We really enjoy all the extra efforts and the conversations with the employees here! Thanks again for another great Sonic Sunday Dessert night!

After seeing a new shake on a commercial that was being offered, we decided to drive 20 miles, a 1/2 hour away, to eat and to try it out. I find out first thing that they're out of the new shake. We order our food and when it comes, we ask for ketchup and mustard packets. After going in, he comes back and tells us that they're OUT OF MUSTARD. 'We're out of everything.' There was mustard on my burger so I asked if they could put some in a cup for us. After going in, he said that the manager said NO. We were flabbergasted. My wife eats her corn dogs with mustard. Had she known, she would have ordered something else. The onion rings tasted like they were fried with something sweet. He gave us NO NAPKINS. Finally, we see that the $3.99 SMALL SIZE shake came only 3/4 of the way full. What ever happened to customer service? Don't waste your time here.

Checked this place out when it first opened and wasn't impressed, but I thought I would give it another chance now that it's been here awhile. I got the Hawaiian chicken club, and the chicken patty is basically just breading, no chicken. How do they pass this off for food? Never coming back. Sad!

25 minute wait in drive thru...after ordering. Food was cold and gross. Love Sonic - just not this one. Staff was unfriendly.

Completely unorganized. We were asked multiple times if our order was someone else's. And Whatever you do, check your bag BEFORE you pull off. Not only did we have to wait a LONG time for our order, there were missing items and on top of that, the fries I received were old and tasted like they were dipped in hot grease to appear fresh. I'll def think TWICE before coming to this location again. Eater beware! What should've been a "fast food" stop turned into a 40 min wait. Never again. I'm being nice and giving them 1 Star.
